After listening, witnessing, and tuning into your energy, I lead you through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping sequences to move stuck energy and free it from your body. We shine healing light on things you’ve been pushing down and hiding in dark corners.

You’ll find clarity with the things you can’t quite put your finger on—relationships, old patterns, and frustrating habits. Through guided conversation and tapping, you’ll see things from different angles. Options, behaviours, and opportunities will reveal themselves.
